Hello and Happy Monday!
We had a great turnout for practice today! We are excited for another great day on Thursday!

Reminder that time trials is THIS SUNDAY!!! Here is the information: 
● Who: All Wildcat Swimmers. If you will NOT be at the Mock Meet on Thursday please change your swimmer to "NOT ATTENDING THIS MEET" on the website. That means that your swimmer will be entered into the first meet as a NT (no time) unless we have times available from last season.

● What: Time Trials with Duluth High School. All swimmers will swim 50 yards of each stroke: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle. All 6-8th graders will swim 100 freestyle. There are NO relays and NO long course events.

● When: Sunday, October 18th
○ Arrive: 9:00am
○ Warmups: 9:15am
○ Meet Start: 10:00am
○ Approximate End Time: 2:00pm

● Where: Gwinnett Swim- 5396 Lanier Island Parkway, Buford, GA 30518

○ Take 85N to 985N. Take exit 8 for Lanier Island/Friendship Blvd. Left off the exit. Pass Buford Highway and take the first right into the parking lot (you’ll see a dental office). The pool is all the way to the right past Coastal Breeze Seafood Restaurant. (If you pass it, you can U-Turn at McEver Road).

○ From Peachtree Industrial Blvd- After about 12 miles turn right onto Lanier Island Parkway. Make the first right into the parking lot. The pool is behind Coastal Breeze Seafood Restaurant.

Things to bring to a swim meet:

• Racing Suit (Fast, tight suit, not a tech suit)
• Goggles
• Wildcat Shirt
• Wildcat Cap
• Towels (more than 1 as they get wet during the meets)
• Snacks/Light Meal
• Water & Sports Drinks (Gatorade or Powerade)

PARENTS: Please be aware that there is not a lot of deck space. The bleachers will be for the swimmers. You are welcome to bring a chair or sit in the lobby. Pending nice weather, we will open the back barn door to allow for more space/seating. The best way to watch your swimmer is to volunteer. 

Another Reminder: This is the LAST week for the Fundraiser! Our Booster Club has put together an amazing raffle prize for the swimmers that fill their full board! Currently we only have two swimmers in the running for the prize!
