Hello Wildcats!

Do you need to get your sports physical done? Gwinnett County is hosting TWO days, sponsored by Northside Hospital, where you can get your sports physical done quickly and easily!

This is a really good opportunity for our rising 9th graders to get all of their paperwork in order prior to the sports season(s) starting. 

Who: All Gwinnett County Athletes

When: April 18th- beginning at 9:00am @ either Brookwood HS or Meadowcreek HS 
May 2nd- beginning at 9am @ either Mill Creek HS or Central Gwinnett HS

Cost: $25 and all proceeds go back to the Duluth Cluster when you select it upon registration.
