Hello and Happy Thursday!
I apologize for the delay getting this information to you. I had a sick kiddo yesterday and was taking care of him (he's fine). 

All events have been put in the computer. You may not be able to see relays yet but please keep in mind that relays change constantly depending on swimmer availability. If there are ANY changes to your swimmers availability for Saturday please let me know ASAP. 

Where: Collins Hill Aquatic Center- 2200 Collins Hill Road, Lawrenceville

Who: All Swimmers are expected to attend the swim meet. If you are NOT attending the meet, please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please remember, your teammates are counting on you to be there for relays! In case of a last minute emergency please text me 678-907-8144.

What: Each swimmer will be swimming in between TWO-FOUR events, depending on time and the number of swimmers. Relays are automatically created by the computer system based on time. Last minute changes will more than likely occur.

When: Saturday, November 8th

• Arrive: 6:15pm (or before if you can)
• Warmups: 6:30pm- Swimmers need to be on deck and ready to go ON TIME.
• Approximate Meet Start Time: 7:20pm
• Approximate End Time: 9:30pm- Please DO NOT leave unless you have been released by a coach.

Things to Bring:

• Racing Swim Suit (Fast, Tight Fitting, No Tech Suits)
• Goggles (We recommend 2 pair in case one breaks)
• Team T-Shirts (If you did not get yours I will have them at the meet)
• Sharpies!
• Wildcat Swim Cap- we will have some available at the meet.
• Towels (we recommend 2 or 3 as they get wet between events
• Healthy Snacks (pretzels, crackers, fruit, granola bars)
• Water & Sports Drinks (gatorade or powerade)
  

Volunteers: Thank you to the parents who have already volunteered! It looks like we have most of our slots filled!! We still need a Stroke & Turn judge. This person CAN be summer league trained! Kids will have S&T judges at the championship meet in December so they need to get used to the possibility of disqualification.
