Hello Wildcat Swim Club Families!
Our season is THREE WEEKS AWAY! This is just a quick reminder to get your swimmer(s) Athletic Physical done prior to the start of the season. You can go to your pediatrician or any Urgent Care to get them done. Here is a link to the High School Physical form. You can print this and take it with you or just let them know you are there for an athletic physical and they will get you the required paperwork. 

Once you have completed your physical please email it to Coach Mahoney at [email protected]. Some offices may even email it for you.
