Hey Wildcats!! 

We have just gotten some new information about the final end of season championship meet that was originally scheduled for 12/15, and it is different from what we originally listed, so please read below!! Just to clarify, this DOES NOT impact the meet for this week, that is the same as what Coach Parker sent earlier this week! 

After this weekend, our final meet of the season will be the Gwinnett Invitational on Sunday, December 8th at West Gwinnett Aquatic Center. As of right now, we will be able to enter the Aquatic Center around 6pm with a meet start time around 7pm. We are waiting for further information from the Aquatic Center and other teams before we will be able to send out a final timeline. I have posted meet entries and job requests on SwimTopia, so please check it out and RSVP. The other teams have requested that we also provide a stroke and turn judge, so if anyone was certified during summer league please sign up and let us know. 

Since the championship meet moved up, we will also be able to move our final practice, holiday party, and gift exchange to Tuesday, December 10th. We will do the drawing for the names the week before (Tuesday, December 3rd at practice). This will keep us from continuing practice during finals week, which is much better for the kids! More details and information to come as we get closer to these events! We will also send out information on Thanksgiving break practices ASAP next week as well. 

I apologize that the schedule has fluctuated this season. Since we do not have a home competition pool, we are at the discretion of county facilities and other teams and also all have to plan schedules around our high school teams. It is equally as frustrating for the coaches when the dates/times are changing, so we appreciate your flexibility!
